Politics And Crime

In our society, there is crime. With crime comes solutions by political parties to decrease the amount of crime in our society. The essay I am writing is based on the solution for crime provided by three political parties. The political parties are Conservative, Liberal, and The Radical Left. First, I will write about what the conservatives believe what causes crime and the solutions to crime. The Conservative Party feels that the individuals in our society must know what is good and bad behavior.

Therefore, they believe that communities such as church and families are helpful, and being involved with these communities will prevent any trouble from occurring. Conservatives believe that the increase in crime throughout the world have occurred due to the absence of a two-parent family. They also feel that values of religion becoming weaker is the result of crime. They believe harsher laws and punishments are necessary in order to decrease crime. Therefore, conservatives tend to believe that parents should continuously encourage their kids to initiate good actions to counter bad actions.

That is the conservative solution to crime, but they they think that the criminal justice system can't decrease crime by themselves. The next political party I will write about are Liberals, and their solutions to crime. While Liberals choose to believe that individuals in our society desire good decisions, multiple individuals are resident in areas in life that encourage breaking the law. Liberals believe that crime is the result of a dangerous location which has been corrupted through poverty. Over a million kids in the United States Of America are born in families that are poor. Kids who are poor go throughout mediocre schools, and have poor results in getting a job.

Therefore, many young individuals loose confidence, join criminal gangs and rebel against figures of authority. While Liberals agree with conservatives about the serious level of crime, they disagree with conservatives in how it happens. Also, they disagree with conservatives about their solutions to crime. Liberals believe that multiple rural areas require a reset in their economy. They also believe that more access to jobs will decrease crime, make families much more connected and increase confidence in younger individuals. Liberals provide proof for their solution by making reference to more powerful economy of the 1990's, how there was less crime in that decade.

Liberals claim that Poverty is a result of those victims and those who are guilty of crime. Lastly, Liberals feel that the criminal justice systems repeats itself, because individuals who depart eventually return due to no true forms of work. The next and last political party I will write about is The Radical Left, and their solutions to crime. The Radical Left believe that the real crime in our society is economic inequality. While the news mostly features the success of a few individuals, The Radical Left believe that over ten million who need support are being let down by the economic system. The Radical Left blames conservatives for blaming parents who are single as the result of crime.

They also blame Liberals for not recognizing how the inequality of the economy and the absence of jobs are based upon the Capitalist System within our society. They believe that the strengthening of the rules of the criminal justice system as one of multiple ways to continue oppressing poor people and maintain a cruel agenda. Therefore, The Radical Left believes that the reconstruction of the economic and political systems, and a transition into a human equality system is the way to decrease crime. In conclusion, we must hope that crime will continue to decrease. A success in economy is required for crime to greatly decrease. In the mean time, we hope that the individuals within the United States Of America can create a powerful remedy.
